Montel reports on Novatron Fusion Group’s ambition for fusion reactor by early 2030s

Montel has reported on Novatron Fusion Group’s ambition to deliver a pilot reactor using nuclear fusion technology by the early 2030s.

“We think we have found the solution to the last really big challenge to get a fusion reactor working,” Novatron Fusion Group AB Fusion’s CEO Peter Roos told Montel News.

The Novatron is currently being built at Stockholm’s Kungliga Tekniska högskolan with the aim of demonstrating that it is possible to stabilise fusion plasma, a key element in nuclear fusion technology.

Founded in 1989, Montel provides a wide range of energy market analytics, covering intraday, spot markets, fundamentals, weather data sets and renewable forecasts.
