Previous experience: Peter has a long entrepreneurial background within technology companies, most recently acting as the CEO of FindOut Technologies and Prevas InfoVis. As a former developer, Peter's work has been related to organizational and business development for high-tech companies with the purpose to make their development organizations more efficient.

Education: Peter holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. Studies in economics.

Jan Jäderberg, CTO, Novatron Fusion Group

Jan Jäderberg

CTO, Chief Technology Officer

Born: 1965

Previous experience: In the past couple of years, Jan has dedicated his time, and work to the magnetic confinement of high-energy plasma. The NOVATRON concept is originally based on a new solution to the elusive fusion plasma containment problem that appears to have been discovered by Jan.

TC Tech Sweden AB was founded in 2011, based on Jan's work in thermal-cyclic technology. TC Tech is now a listed company, producing and selling production equipment for the medical and display market.

Education: Jan Jäderberg holds an M.Sc in Structural Mechanics from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

  • Before Novatron Fusion Group and the NOVATRON concept, Jan has been engaged in various high-tech areas used globally today, like new methods to control plasma in PVD-equipment and developed hardware and processes for the production of thin-film solar cells.

    Jan has invented and patented the magnetic configuration (Lagrange patent) for controlling plasma in a sputtering magnetron, enabling a significant increase in performance, material utilization, and production uptime. The configuration is now standard for magnetrons worldwide.

    Jan has invented a system with electromagnets combined with permanent magnets for dynamic control of shape and intensity of the plasma in sputtering device, that resulted in world record uniform sputtering (+/- 1 atom on sputtering thickness deviation of 10 nm over a Blu-ray disk).

Philip von Segebaden

Head of Investor Relations & Partnerships

Born: 1972

Previous experience: Philip has a long experience in the academic world, having spent the last ten years as Director of Development at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Philip also has a background from Karolinska Institutet, one of the world’s foremost medical universities, within the same field of building relationships with private donors, investors, foundations, and companies looking to support groundbreaking research.

Education: Philip holds a B.Sc in Business Economics from Stockholm University.

Linda Nyberg, CCO, Novatron Fusion Group

Linda Nyberg

CCO, Chief Communication Officer

Born: 1969

Previous experience: Linda has a background in media and has worked for national and global media networks, for example, SVT, TV4 in Sweden, and Aljazeera TV Network for over 20 years. Linda has also worked in corporate communications, public affairs, crisis communication, and media relations including marketing for multinational stock-listed companies.

Education: Linda has studied Political Science, International Relations and Affairs, Mass Media at Uppsala University, Université Paris-Sorbonne, and University of Alberta.

  • Linda is a member of the Board for C Green Technology and for Paindrainer AB. She has also been a member of the board for MSAB, a Swedish mobile forensics company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

    Today, Linda is a part of the Advisory Board of The Techarena, UNHCR for Sweden and the Swedish Teacher’s Award, Lärargalan.

Inger Frii Fleerackers, Senior Project Manager, Novatron Fusion Group

Previous experience: Inger has long experience in leading various types of industrialization, ERP implementation, and supply chain projects in complex and highly regulated technology industries. Inger has previously worked internationally at Getinge and Siemens.

Education: Inger holds a Bachelor of Technology – Btech, Mechanics, aviation, industrial economy and production from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
