Erik Odén

Born: 1966
Experience: Erik is co-founder of Novatron Fusion Group and a true venture entrepreneur. He has been co-funding and growing multiple deep-tech startups, always with a focus on international markets. Erik has great experience in international business-to-business sales and collaboration, as well as in financial management, multiple forms of fundraising and IPO:s, and from leading challenging technology development.
Education: Erik holds an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Jan Jäderberg

Born: 1965
Experience: Jan is Chief Technology Officer at Novatron Fusion Group, the inventor of the Novatron concept, and co-founder of the company. Jan is the inventor of TC-technology and founder of TC Tech Sweden AB, the inventor and designer of M2 sputtering magnetrons, including the inventor of Thermal Cyclic Molding (TCM).
Education: Jan holds an M.Sc in Structural Mechanics from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
Ingvar Eriksson

Born: 1956
Experience: Ingvar is Investment Director at EIT InnoEnergy Scandinavia, and a board member of several companies, including Cascade Drives, MAQ, and previously CorPower Ocean and Ferroamp AB. Prior to that, Ingvar was founder and CEO of Novator, a pioneering company in the field of orbital drilling. Past experiences include Associate Professor and Program Coordinator at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Education: Ingvar holds an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University, and a Ph.D from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology.
Malin Carlström
Board member
Experience: Malin is an award-winning venture capitalist, having spent the last two decades investing for leading financial and corporate VC funds. She is a general partner at Climentum Capital, an Article 9 regulated fund that invests in European startups that can cut down megatons of CO2 equivalents in a concrete and measurable way. Malin has previously worked as an investor at Industrifonden, Verdane, SEB, and ABB.
Education: Malin holds an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering; Energy Management from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg.
